What is the average delivery time?
Currently, demand is extremely high due to our limited sale. Therefore, delivery takes 5–12 days depending on your location.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 100 days of delivery. Simply contact us using the form below, and we’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.
Please note that items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What materials are the belts made of?
Our standard belts are crafted from high-quality split leather, featuring a natural cow leather exterior for a refined look and feel, combined with a reinforced interior for added durability.
Our vegan belts are made from premium, animal-free materials (PU) that closely replicate the look and texture of real leather, while remaining 100% cruelty-free inside and out.
All belts are finished with high-quality metal buckles, designed for long-lasting strength and everyday wear.
How do I shorten my belt?
You can easily shorten your belt yourself by following these steps:
1. Cut off the excess belt length on the buckle side.
2. Attach the buckle to the belt by closing the lever.
3. Enjoy your perfectly tailored Bella Belt!
How much should I cut off to shorten my belt?
This varies per person. We recommend determining your waist size and then gradually cutting the belt bit by bit until you find the perfect length.
There are also guidelines on the inside of the belt to help determine how much to cut off. This ensures you achieve the perfect length every time you wear the belt!
How do I attach the buckle to the belt?
Simply click the buckle onto the belt and close the clasp on the back. This may require a bit of pressure.
To remove the buckle, gently push the belt further into the buckle, it will release automatically.
How do I take off my belt?
Removing your Bella Belt is easy. Gently pull on the lever on the side of the buckle, and the belt can easily be slid out.
Are the buckles nickel-free?
Not fully, our belts may contain small traces of nickel. While we do our best to minimize the amount of nickel, we cannot guarantee that they are completely nickel-free.
If you have a nickel allergy, we recommend considering this when making your purchase.
Can I purchase the belt and buckle separately?
At the moment, we don’t offer belts and buckles separately. Our collection is designed around complete sets and our mix & match bundle, so you can easily choose the style that fits you best from the start.
