Bella Belts is not responsible for delays, additional costs, refused deliveries or non-delivery caused by customs procedures, unpaid duties, unpaid taxes or incorrect information provided by you.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, tax, shipping or product errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. Manifestly incorrect prices are not binding.

6 - Payment

8 - Returns and Refunds

For consumers, where required by applicable consumer law, risk of loss or damage remains with Bella Belts until the product is delivered to you or to a person designated by you other than the carrier.

If you arrange your own carrier or shipping method that was not offered or approved by Bella Belts, risk may transfer to you when the product is handed over to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You remain responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for complying with any customs, import, collection or delivery requirements that apply to your order.

For products made available to consumers in the European Union, Bella Belts will comply with applicable EU product safety requirements, including the General Product Safety Regulation where applicable.

For products made available to consumers in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions, Bella Belts will comply with applicable product safety requirements where required by law.

This may include maintaining appropriate product safety information, traceability details, manufacturer or importer information and a responsible economic operator, responsible person or other required representative where required by applicable law.

If a product safety issue, recall or corrective measure becomes necessary, Bella Belts may contact affected customers and take reasonable steps required under applicable product safety laws.

Bella Belts warrants that products will conform to the agreement, the product description and applicable legal requirements at the time of delivery.

If you believe you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within a reasonable time and provide the information reasonably needed to assess the issue.
