Overview

At Bella Belts, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If your order is not quite right, whether it is the fit, style, or simply not what you expected, we are here to help.

You can return your order within 100 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.


Eligibility

Bella Belts products may be returned within 100 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, complete with all accessories, and returned in their original packaging. Belts must not be altered, cut, adjusted, or changed in any way.

Belts that show signs of wear, have been cut, altered, damaged, or are incomplete may be refused.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us through our contact form. Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you the return instructions, including the return form and the address of our local warehouse.

Please make sure to include the return form inside your package. Returns sent without the required information may take longer to process.


Return Shipping

Since we offer free shipping on orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bella Belts is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.


Inspection & Refunds

Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item to make sure it meets the return conditions.

After your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the refund visible in your account.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, you can return your original order and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


Return Refusals

Bella Belts reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy. This includes items that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, cut, outside the return window, or sent to an incorrect or unauthorized return address.

If a return is refused, the item may be sent back to the original sender at the customer’s expense.

By placing an order with Bella Belts, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.

Legal Rights

This Return Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

If a statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other remedy applies in your country or place of residence, we will comply with that right to the extent required by law.

Where required by applicable law, reimbursement may include the standard delivery costs paid for the original order, but not any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
